From 1900 to 2022

Created in the 1900s, under the name of "Bock", then "La Taverne de L'Alsace", "Saint-Amour" and finally "La Factorie", the restaurant has continued its history for more than 100 years on the Boulevard Menilmontant.

It is Seb our cook, his brigade and our waiters team, who perpetuate the tradition through modern and seasonal cuisine.

Whether you are regulars, passing by, or traveling, the whole team wishes you a pleasant time at La Factorie.

Our Kitchen

Seb, our cook and his brigade are busy every morning to process all the raw products on site, delivered by our specialized partners (Meat, Fish, Vegetables etc.) 

We want to respect the seasonality of our products, so the menu is renewed four times a year, each season.
